Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide holistic advisory services to help customers choose appropriate SAP solution and services offerings.
  • •Assess current state and business goals, and optimize the pathway to an integrated IT landscape.
  • •Define actionable implementation steps aligned to the customer’s IT end-state scenario.
  • •Maintain strategic relationships with business leaders and co-create IT strategies and required services/solutions.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional delivery of resources to implement customer roadmaps and manage stakeholder expectations.
Travel: Low travel

  • •Advise customers on next steps for IT services with holistic guidance across applications, industries, and technologies.
  • •Assess the customer’s as-is situation and business goals, and provide a structured path toward an integrated IT landscape and operational approach.
  • •Translate the desired IT end-state scenario into actionable project steps for implementation.
  • •Maintain and build relationships with customer business leaders (e.g., Chief Information Officer) to co-design the IT end-state and required services/solutions.
  • •Collaborate with SAP and customer teams to integrate diverse stakeholder expectations into a workable solution path.
