Job Summary

Serve as a technical liaison between the production floor and cross-functional teams to oversee shopfloor technology and quality systems. Lead deployment, testing, and day-to-day operational support of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), maintain master data such as BOMs and routings, and coordinate production trials and sampling processes. Drive digital transformation while resolving technical issues and updating SOPs to improve repeatability, efficiency, and milestone delivery.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, deploy, and monitor sample/sampling processes for product launches, ensuring milestones are met via cross-functional coordination.
•Plan and execute production trials to improve quality, stabilize processes, and meet unique customer requests while updating SOPs to reduce waste.
•Define manufacturing specifications, step-by-step quality gates, and process requirements for new samples and automated production lines.
•Input, audit, and maintain MES master data including Digital Working Instructions, BOMs, operational routings, machine capacity configurations, and setup parameters.
•Resolve cross-departmental technical issues and coordinate with GPD, Total Quality, and Technical teams to mitigate risks and handle priority conflicts.

Key Requirements

•University/college degree in technical majors such as Printing, Garment, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical.
•1 to 2 years (or more) of experience in technical support, process control, quality management, system deployment, or sample development in manufacturing.
•Familiarity with data analytics, automated reporting tools, or AI tools to improve line efficiency.
•Hands-on experience or solid understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES, APS, WMS, and ERP production modules.
•Good English communication (TOEIC ≥ 550) and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
