Lead Monzo’s Board and Executive Hiring function, setting vision, strategy, and operating model for how the company identifies, assesses, and hires senior leaders. Coach and develop a specialist team of Executive Recruiters and Sourcers, while partnering with the Board, Executive Committee, and Chief People Officer on succession planning, leadership capability, and executive hiring strategy. Influence hiring decisions using market insight, talent intelligence, and strong facilitation across complex stakeholders.
