Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of 6–15 Nurse Aide Evaluators, motivating, coaching, developing, and inspiring them.
•Ensure Nurse Aide Evaluators and Proctors consistently provide testing availability in Prometric scheduling systems.
•Support recruiting by submitting requests for new staffing, assisting with interviewing and training, and ensuring approvals for hiring.
•Maintain training and compliance for all direct staff per Prometric requirements and evaluate staff at least annually or as requested.
•Review and approve new test locations and ensure existing locations meet Prometric site standards; develop and audit quality assurance measurement.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license.
•1–2 years’ experience in a long-term care environment.
•2+ years overall in a leadership position.
•Strong understanding of staffing requirements to support Nurse Aide Evaluators (NAEs) and Proctors.
•Ability to build and lead an engaged, committed, empowered team while communicating effectively (written and verbal).
