Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents to ensure smooth dining service.
  • •Assist the chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and keep preparation areas clean and tidy.
  • •Monitor stock rotation and follow COSHH and HACCP guidelines in daily operations.
  • •Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
  • •Support the wider kitchen and care home teams by communicating effectively with residents and colleagues.
