•Provide full-time network design, deployment, and technical support for assigned customers via phone, email, and web (Salesforce) channels
•Analyze issues and use known defect databases, debugging tools, and lab reproductions to identify solutions
•Record cases in detail to ensure efficient escalation and handoffs between teams
•Serve as a technical advisor to customers and partners, coordinating with engineering, GTAC, and sales for solution delivery
•Deliver customer product training, create bug and vulnerability reports, and support on deployment and operation phases
