  • •Provide full-time network design, deployment, and technical support for assigned customers via phone, email, and web (Salesforce) channels
  • •Analyze issues and use known defect databases, debugging tools, and lab reproductions to identify solutions
  • •Record cases in detail to ensure efficient escalation and handoffs between teams
  • •Serve as a technical advisor to customers and partners, coordinating with engineering, GTAC, and sales for solution delivery
  • •Deliver customer product training, create bug and vulnerability reports, and support on deployment and operation phases
