Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and identify top candidates across Ashby, LinkedIn, Juicebox, Gem, and emerging channels for technical and non-technical roles
  • •Craft personalized outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and beyond and optimize messaging
  • •Build and maintain organized, warm sourcing funnels that stay full and track response rates
  • •Qualify candidate interest, coordinate initial calls between candidates and hiring managers, and own full recruiting cycle
  • •Help manage external hiring presence, job listings, and company profiles to attract world-class talent

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50 - 75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of sourcing experience across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally at a startup or staffing agency
  • •Technical fluency with healthcare data/IT space or ability to ramp up quickly
  • •Outbound mindset with persistent prospecting and target-driven approach
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage busy, in-demand candidates
  • •Tool-savvy with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, Ashby, and related platforms
