Key Responsibilities

•Source and identify top candidates across Ashby, LinkedIn, Juicebox, Gem, and emerging channels for technical and non-technical roles
•Craft personalized outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and beyond and optimize messaging
•Build and maintain organized, warm sourcing funnels that stay full and track response rates
•Qualify candidate interest, coordinate initial calls between candidates and hiring managers, and own full recruiting cycle
•Help manage external hiring presence, job listings, and company profiles to attract world-class talent

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50 - 75 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sourcing experience across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally at a startup or staffing agency
•Technical fluency with healthcare data/IT space or ability to ramp up quickly
•Outbound mindset with persistent prospecting and target-driven approach
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage busy, in-demand candidates
•Tool-savvy with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, Ashby, and related platforms
