Own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle within the Financial Crime Intelligence product domain. Define customer identification and risk assessment approaches, translate regulatory requirements into a clear roadmap, and build improvements across onboarding, verification, and dynamic risk rating frameworks. Partner with compliance, operations, data, and engineering teams to ensure controls are effective, audit-ready, and continuously reassessed over time across individuals, SMEs, and complex corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the KYC/KYB strategy and end-to-end lifecycle, balancing customer experience, growth, and risk trade-offs.
•Translate strategy into a roadmap across KYC and KYB flows, including jurisdiction-specific onboarding and regulatory requirements.
•Design and drive improvements to KYC/KYB journeys, verification flows, dynamic customer risk rating frameworks, due diligence, and trigger-based risk reassessments.
•Partner with first-line and second-line compliance teams to ensure controls are effective, explainable, and audit-ready.
•Work with data and engineering teams to deliver risk scoring methodologies, data enrichment and monitoring, and customer data models with entity resolution and orchestration/decisioning systems.
