Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver ETF analytics and investment insights for fixed income and active strategies to support product positioning, client engagement, and commercial opportunities across APAC.
  • •Develop high-quality ETF content and thought leadership (presentations, market commentary, product updates, performance analytics, and educational materials).
  • •Support fixed income ETF product strategy and commercialization, including positioning, go-to-market execution, product prioritization, and shelf optimization.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams across Product Development, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Distribution, Legal, and Compliance to deliver effective, compliant ETF solutions and communications.
  • •Conduct market, competitive, and regulatory analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements across APAC markets.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience in fixed income research, portfolio management, trading, product structuring, specialist fixed income sales, or ETF product management.
  • •Strong ETF and/or index product expertise, including ETF market dynamics, product structures, commercialization strategies, and regulatory frameworks across APAC.
  • •Proven ability to analyze, position, and commercialize fixed income and ETF investment solutions for diverse client segments.
  • •Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities (e.g., index methodologies, performance attribution, portfolio analytics, statistical analysis, and large dataset interpretation).
  • •HK SFC Type 1 License (or equivalent); CFA designation or progress toward CFA qualification is preferred.
