Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general administration within the HR Services team for defined processes, tools, and programs.
  • •Execute hire-to-retire tasks according to the defined SLA.
  • •Maintain system-wide processes and data through SAP and other relevant HR systems.
  • •Handle standard inquiries and support via ticket service, email, and phone.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities in HR Services processes and support implementation of improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree.
  • •3+ years relevant experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR.
  • •Experience with business computing solutions and SAP HR; knowledge of SAP OM and Excel.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • •Fully qualified/trained in job with deep knowledge in HR Shared Service setup.
