Job Summary

Oversee System Engineering activities for the Patriot Missile IPT within Land Air Defense Systems, driving system architecture and technical baselines, system and software requirements, and modeling & simulation scope/delivery. Lead cost, schedule, and execution; support proposals with BOEs and costing; brief program management and U.S. Government customers on status. Manage EVMS reporting monthly and obtain required certifications within the first year. Onsite role at Massachusetts locations with regular intra-state and occasional domestic/international travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cost, schedule, and execution for Patriot Missile Systems Engineering.
•Develop and maintain system architecture and the technical baseline for the program.
•Ensure system and software requirements are developed and maintained.
•Scope and deliver Modeling and Simulation products.
•Support proposals (including BOEs/costing) and provide monthly EVMS reporting; brief program management and U.S. Government customers.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
•Experience with proposals, including developing BOEs and participating in proposal reviews.
•Ability to develop and maintain system architecture and technical baseline for Patriot Missile systems.
•Experience developing and maintaining system and software requirements and ensuring modeling and simulation products are properly scoped and delivered.
