Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Heavy Civil)

Serve as the primary day-to-day client interface on large-scale data center construction, delivering disciplined, value-driven cost management with a focus on heavy civil and site development. Lead estimating, change order negotiation, cost planning, and quantity surveying across design and construction phases, coordinating cost inputs with design teams and contractors. Produce executive-ready reviews and monthly cost reports, support cost validation and audits, and provide commercial and value-engineering guidance.
