Vans: Supervisor - Lynnhaven Mall

Lead day-to-day store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and drive sales and profit performance against KPIs and individual goals. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation, while ensuring merchandising standards, inventory integrity, and timely product flow to the sales floor. Help foster an inclusive store culture and participate in local community initiatives.
