Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments, manage POS system duties, support merchandising and visual presentation, and help maintain stockroom operations. Work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals, delegate day-to-day tasks, and ensure high service standards. Serve as a brand ambassador, handle opening/closing and cash handling, and follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
