Job Summary

Lead the SAP Center of Excellence to standardize and optimize SAP usage across the organization. Own governance, strategy, and roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA, ECC6, and BTP; manage program delivery, P&L, and external vendors; mentor a mixed team of developers and functional experts; ensure security, compliance, and continuous improvement through best practices and rigorous testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and enforce SAP standards, best practices, architecture (S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud), and ensure compliance, security, and risk management.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the CoE team (developers, functional experts, QA), managing P&L and external vendors.
•Oversee SAP program roadmaps, demand management, and ensure timely delivery of projects, enhancements, and support (Hypercare).
•Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors, managing expectations and securing buy-in.
•Drive automation, process standardization, system upgrades, performance tuning, and maintain knowledge repositories.

Key Requirements

•Extensive SAP experience (ECC 6, S/4HANA, BTP) with deep knowledge of FI/CO, MM, SD modules (16+ years)
•Define and enforce SAP standards, best practices, architecture (S/4HANA, RTP, Cloud), and ensure compliance, security, and risk management
•Lead, mentor, and develop the CoE team (developers, functional experts, QA), managing P&L and external vendors
•Oversee SAP program roadmaps, demand management, and ensure timely delivery of projects, enhancements, and support (Hypercare)
•Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors, managing expectations and securing buy-in
•Drive automation, process standardization, system upgrades, performance tuning, and maintain knowledge repositories
•Ensure solution design adheres to fit-to-standard, manages integrations, data quality, and oversees testing (SIT, UAT)
