  • •Design and develop smart manufacturing and AI solutions for factory scheduling, optimization, and simulation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or another quantitative field with strong emphasis on optimization, simulation, and algorithmic problem-solving.
  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in factory scheduling, optimization modeling, or simulation in a manufacturing/operations context.
  • •Strong knowledge of optimization methods (LP, MIP, meta-heuristics), with CPLEX/Gurobi experience preferred.
  • •Preferred experience with discrete event simulation and reinforcement learning.
  • •Direct experience with factory scheduling and the ability to travel overseas.
