Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to prescribed service rules and standards.
  • •Prepare, mix, and garnish drinks and cocktails using standardized recipes, and ensure proper ice and beverage preparation before service hours.
  • •Maintain bar cleanliness and equipment condition, including daily cleaning and temperature checks for chillers and wine chillers.
  • •Manage bar stock: receiving, storage by correct conditions, maintaining par levels, and organizing supplies (including linen, rags, bar mats, glassware, and tools).
  • •Complete bar operations paperwork: daily bar inventory and sales reports, breakage/spoilage/spillage reports, and assist with cashier tasks when assigned.
