  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through Small Business development and new client strategies.
  • •Grow Small Business and Mass Affluent expertise through face-to-face client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; coordinate required training.
  • •Lead human capital activities including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, ratings, performance counseling, and disciplinary actions.
