Communications Analyst - Blackstone Technology and Innovations

Support the BXTI Communications team by developing and executing clear, engaging internal technology communications that enhance the employee experience. Based in Miami, you’ll help draft and edit newsletters and technology updates, translate technical information into accessible content, coordinate town halls and leadership engagements, and partner with the firmwide Technology Training team to promote new products, tools, and adoption materials. You’ll also maintain communication calendars, project trackers, and reporting on engagement.
