Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in planning and creating newsletters, technology updates, incident communications, and other high-visibility internal engagements.
  • •Draft and edit communications, presentations, talking points, and supporting materials; translate technical information into clear content.
  • •Partner with the firmwide Technology Training team to support adoption communications, user guides, training materials, videos, and related assets.
  • •Help plan and coordinate Miami office town halls, leadership speaking engagements, and training sessions; prepare event materials, agendas, and run-of-show documents.
  • •Champion communication tools, track communication metrics, assist with reporting, and maintain project trackers and communication calendars.
