Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand business processes and AMOS workflows used by the AMOS platform.
  • •Act as an SME to advise businesses on AMOS usage.
  • •Resolve defects and support requests from key users.
  • •Participate in defining AMOS evolutions and configure new functionalities.
  • •Manage AMOS test campaigns and associated documentation (functional specs, user/admin guides, test reports).
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Information Technology, Engineering, or Aircraft Maintenance (AME Diploma)-related fields.
  • •3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • •Knowledge of the Aircraft Maintenance/MRO domain.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one aviation MIS (AMOS, RAMCO, AMASIS…).
  • •Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with functional-technical support.
