Key Responsibilities

•Assist Head of NAM in building go-to-market plans and monitoring sell-out by market, channel, category, and franchise with weekly/monthly performance tracking.
•Contribute to deployment and follow-up of activation plans, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines while reflecting regional needs.
•Act as a key coordination point for all activation levers and support market needs, launches, merchandising, PR & Media, calendars, and tracking.
•Develop understanding of NAM markets and share insights, best practices, and recommendations with the broader team.
•Consolidate and analyze key business KPIs (sales, market share, basket penetration, activation performance) to identify opportunities and risks.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (business/related)
•Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, key account management, category management, or operational marketing
•Strong business mindset with solid analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
