Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Head of NAM in building go-to-market plans and monitoring sell-out by market, channel, category, and franchise with weekly/monthly performance tracking.
  • •Contribute to deployment and follow-up of activation plans, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines while reflecting regional needs.
  • •Act as a key coordination point for all activation levers and support market needs, launches, merchandising, PR & Media, calendars, and tracking.
  • •Develop understanding of NAM markets and share insights, best practices, and recommendations with the broader team.
  • •Consolidate and analyze key business KPIs (sales, market share, basket penetration, activation performance) to identify opportunities and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (business/related)
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, key account management, category management, or operational marketing
  • •Strong business mindset with solid analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment
