Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a frontline Coach brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while meeting personal and store sales goals via cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations across transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), plus ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work fast-paced and handle regular lifting up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
