Job Summary

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of crypto structured products for OKX’s derivatives trading exchange. Define and execute product strategy for principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures, while building data-driven roadmaps and growth plans. Oversee cross-functional execution with engineering, designers, quantitative analysts, risk, marketing, and operations, and collaborate with quant/risk teams to set parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures.
•Develop short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market conditions, lifecycle, competition, and resources.
•Oversee project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.
•Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM and user growth and formulate growth and operation strategies.
•Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks for new structured offerings.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of product manager experience and a bachelor’s degree or above; math/economics or related quantitative background is preferred.
•Strong understanding of blockchain and derivatives/structured finance concepts.
•Strong product design and project management skills, including identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
•Rigorous logical thinking with exceptional teamwork and effective communication; able to orchestrate resources across departments.
•Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
