Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures.
  • •Develop short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market conditions, lifecycle, competition, and resources.
  • •Oversee project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.
  • •Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM and user growth and formulate growth and operation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product manager experience and a bachelor’s degree or above; math/economics or related quantitative background is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of blockchain and derivatives/structured finance concepts.
  • •Strong product design and project management skills, including identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
  • •Rigorous logical thinking with exceptional teamwork and effective communication; able to orchestrate resources across departments.
  • •Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
