Key Responsibilities

•Own the Core-on-Git team’s mission for Git/GitHub workflow integration and developer experience optimization across the Git-based lifecycle.
•Combine AI-first engineering leadership with people-first coaching to model and champion hybrid human-AI development practices across the team.
•Partner with product, internal AI/platform teams, and SCM/pipeline/workspace engineering to define and deliver the Core-on-Git roadmap and integrate approved AI models via MCP gateways.
•Lead Git workflow migrations, GitHub integration enhancements, and scale optimization initiatives while setting technical directions for branching and workflow patterns.
•Establish observability, metrics, incident response, and post-mortem processes for Git/GitHub outages or degradations; run agile delivery cycles as Scrum lead.
