Job Summary

Build and run DeepL’s GTM engine workflows that turn target accounts into pipeline. You’ll connect marketing data, sales activity, and AI agents into a coherent system—managing account identification and prioritization, signal activation, AI-driven decisioning, and reporting from engagement through revenue. Hands-on with end-to-end account-based GTM infrastructure (TAL, enrichment, routing, CRM/analytics integrations) and close collaboration across Marketing, SDR, Sales, Data, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build workflows that turn DeepL’s GTM motion into running systems across Marketing, SDR, and Sales
•Build automated GTM workflows including outbound, inbound, routing, enrichment, and follow-up
•Create and maintain target account lists and workflows that keep TAL current, qualified, and routed
•Set up account research and enrichment workflows and build AI agent workflows for personalization and decisioning
•Activate buying signals into the right next action per account and build reporting that links account engagement to pipeline progression

Key Requirements

•5+ years in MarOps, RevOps, or GTM Engineering at a B2B SaaS company
•Hands-on end-to-end experience building account-based GTM infrastructure (TAL, enrichment, signal activation, reporting)
•Hands-on experience building multi-step workflows integrating enrichment, AI, and CRM data (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Clay)
•Comfort with prompt engineering for AI-powered workflows and SQL skills to validate code
•Experience using enrichment and intent data tools (e.g., Zoominfo, Clay, Qualified), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and CRM (SFDC)
