Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary liaison between Product Ops, Production, PD, and Studio/eCom teams to understand photoshoot priorities and deadlines.
  • •Request, track, and manage the sample lifecycle for collections, special projects/influencer collaborations, Ref Lab tests, and retail exclusives.
  • •Use centralized tracking documents and PIM to monitor import/domestic TOP samples; manage ETAs and troubleshoot at-risk styles.
  • •Coordinate technical execution: manage fabric requests, work with the Sample Room, enter samples into PLM, and oversee the PP closet (daily pulls and archive maintenance).
  • •Maintain real-time data accuracy in internal tracking systems and collaborate daily with Production, PD, Pattern Makers, QC, and studio coordinators to streamline handoffs.
