Job Summary

Program, assemble, and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce aerospace and defense parts. Interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T to meet material and dimensional requirements, take measurements, and perform machining setups and adjustments. Conduct inspections of completed work, check SPC charts, and maintain quality and safety standards while supporting EHS and CI guidelines on a second shift onsite at Opa Locka, FL.

Key Responsibilities

•Produces machine parts by programming, assembling, and operating CNC or manual machines.
•Interprets blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, reference planes, design sketches, and GD&T for operation and dimensional requirements.
•Assembles, repairs, and fabricates metal parts into sub-units or complete units using mechanical equipment.
•Takes measurements, selects appropriate machines, and performs machining setups and adjustments as required.
•Conducts inspections, checks SPC charts, keeps records, and maintains quality/safety standards while following EHS, Quality, and CI guidelines.
