Serve as a Premier Relationship Manager for HSBC’s high-net-worth clients, acting as a single point of contact and delivering premier customer service in line with global standards. Grow and retain Premier relationships by conducting regular wealth reviews, recommending suitable products and services, and cross-selling to increase wallet share. Manage client engagement to achieve financial targets while maintaining integrity and meeting KYC, AML, and sanctions requirements.

•Build and maintain strong Premier client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction using CRM tools.
•Ensure operational excellence by complying with KYC, AML, sanctions requirements and managing operational risk.

•Demonstrated success and experience in wealth products.
