Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead industrial hygiene field assignments, including monitoring, noise assessments, hazardous materials surveying/abatement monitoring, indoor air quality, chemical inventory, ergonomics, and job hazard assessments.
  • •Assist senior staff with EHS audits and EHS program development.
  • •Collect, document, and organize field data and observations using appropriate personal protective equipment and workspace monitoring equipment.
  • •Analyze and interpret field and analytical data, evaluate findings, and provide recommendations via written and verbal reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •1 to 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Hygienist.
  • •Proficiency with industrial hygiene sampling techniques and equipment.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA and MSHA environmental laws and regulations, including compliance and record-keeping requirements.
  • •Ability to work in mine-site terrain and facilities (limited accessibility, moving machinery), and conduct assessments while climbing, walking stairs, and carrying field equipment.
