Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 47,200 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Experience in resource management, project coordination, staffing, or workforce planning in a project-delivery environment.
  • •Working knowledge of engineering roles, project delivery frameworks, staffing processes, and internal approval workflows.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for utilization tracking, capability matrices, proposals, CVs, and presentations.
  • •Strong organization and communication skills to manage competing priorities, document decisions, and resolve resource conflicts.
