Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring Platform across EMEA, covering the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including solution design, development oversight, and system testing.
  • •Lead strategy, roadmap planning, and architectural direction to deliver funded system builds and upgrades.
  • •Drive material enhancements, reconciliations, system upgrades, integrations, and oversee requirements definition through UAT and production deployment.
  • •Establish standardised operating models, governance controls, and quality frameworks across the platform.
  • •Monitor performance, risk, compliance, and audit findings; lead remediation actions, control uplifts, and root-cause analysis of system and data issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience developing and supporting Transaction Monitoring systems, including NICE Actimize SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring).
  • •Experience leading development teams to deliver continuous improvements, remediation actions, and control uplifts.
  • •Solid understanding of ETL, data extraction and analysis using SQL, and deep knowledge of data warehouse environments.
  • •Experience scripting and running Linux operating system environments.
  • •Experience operating as a Financial Crime/Compliance domain technology product owner or change lead with accountable delivery and funded roadmaps.
