Foreperson

Lead a residential and small commercial solar installation crew of three to six people, providing hands-on technical guidance and ownership of safety, quality, customer service, and productivity. Manage daily construction workflows, train and organize the team, maintain project documentation, and resolve worker issues. Serve as acting supervisor when needed and perform service calls as required, while maintaining strong customer relations throughout each installation.
