Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC machines for trimming and drilling operations to support aircraft parts production.
  • •Perform water-jet machining (trim) and ultrasonic core carving/composite machining.
  • •Fabricate, modify, and repair metallic or composite production and aircraft parts and assemblies using mills, lathes, jig bores, and grinders.
  • •Identify nonconforming parts/assemblies and processes, report non-conformances, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and FOD-free work.
  • •Set up and use machining equipment and measuring instruments; support engineering to improve manufacturing processes and recommend design changes.

Key Requirements
