Mechanical Reliability Engineer

Improve mechanical reliability and equipment performance across Pinjarra Refinery operations by combining project delivery with hands-on engineering support. Lead safety and reliability improvement initiatives, design predictive and preventative maintenance strategies, perform root cause analysis, and define repair/upgrade scopes. Manage capital and expense projects, support adoption of new technologies and cost-saving opportunities, maintain engineering standards and governance, and troubleshoot equipment issues to deliver sustained plant performance improvements.
