Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer and business customers by proactively reaching out, understanding financial needs, and guiding them through banking services. Provide an optimal client experience across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, including processing basic transactions, opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Maintain knowledge of deposit and loan products (including digital and self-service) and educate customers on emerging digital tools while partnering with branch teams.
