Key Responsibilities

  • •Map current-state end-to-end business processes across impacted teams, identifying handoffs, dependencies, and friction points for internal and client experience.
  • •Design future-state processes to close gaps, using structured process design methods, and track trends as new solutions are implemented.
  • •Build quantified business cases for process improvements, including cost-benefit analysis, resource requirements, and expected outcomes, and align stakeholders on recommendations.
  • •Own the roadmap for process, reporting, and technology improvements, sequenced and timed to operational goals, including post-implementation reviews.
  • •Lead cross-functional delivery and change management by owning project plans, influencing partners without direct authority, and supporting adoption through communication and education.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field and 6 years’ experience in consulting, process improvement, operations, or financial analysis.
  • •Proven experience building business cases and cost-benefit analyses that influence executive decision-making.
  • •Strong process mapping and data analysis skills to diagnose current-state processes, spot trends, and design future-state solutions.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects or programs in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and reprioritize as business needs shift.
