Job Summary

Directly supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center’s reconditioning workflow to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets. Manage safe car movement for repairs, review and approve mechanical/physical defects, and lead training using Quality Control standards. Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions based on cost and vehicle quality while ensuring adherence to policies and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
•Oversee day-to-day team activities by identifying strengths/weaknesses, opportunities, and improvement steps.
•Engage and develop team members through coaching, performance management, feedback, and demonstrating desired skills.
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; lead repair or reject decisions in partnership with the Inspection Center General Manager.
•Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks and delays.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Experience using computers.
