Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
  • •Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customers.
  • •Create and actively follow up transactional quotes and understand whether the proposed value matches customer needs.
  • •Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
  • •Use the CRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a degree in Marine Engineering is a plus.
  • •Marine equipment and technical background (aftersales, spare parts & service) is a plus.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • •High customer service orientation and experience working in international, matrix organizations.
  • •Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
