Key Responsibilities

  • •Create hands-on data visualizations and chart generation (e.g., JMP).
  • •Use data processing tools such as Perl and Python and develop HTML interfaces for data display.
  • •Define wafer-level reliability sampling plans, execute OCAP procedures, and perform bench EFA validation.
  • •Develop new wafer-level reliability capability as a proxy for equivalent backend unit-level reliability testing, and enhance existing capabilities for better correlation and accuracy.
  • •Contribute to the fab quality team as an SME in reliability fail modes, drive excursion mitigation, and support corrective and preventive actions with CQE and FEMQA teams.

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels.

  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; interest in the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
