Montessori Director

Lead the campus as the Head of School to grow enrollment and attract and retain exceptional staff. Set and execute a strategic plan, build a mission-driven culture, and ensure an exceptional Montessori learning experience in every classroom. Partner with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment targets, manage the campus budget and profitability goals, and hire, support, and develop teaching staff—while strengthening the parent community and leading the entire campus team.
