Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate JT42C and GL class C30-mmi locomotives to support 24/7 railway operations
  • •Safely transport bauxite between the Andoom mine and Lorim Point unload facility
  • •Perform basic maintenance including pre-start checks, refueling, lube fill, inspections, rake changes, and shunting
  • •Complete general ground duties as required
  • •Ensure all work follows Rio Tinto operating procedures
