•Deliver exceptional customer service across sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Assess vehicle condition and document findings for appraisals while communicating to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax quality standards.
•Handle administrative tasks (reports, paperwork, auditing, payments) and coordinate service appointments while reviewing repair order invoices for accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 32.4 hourly
