Job Summary

Conduct architectural inspections on-site to ensure engineering aspects of projects follow inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications. Review contractor shop drawings and documents, monitor variations and compliance with Quality Control Plans, and issue NCRs when needed. Maintain daily site diaries and monthly progress photography, report architectural progress, and support expediting approvals/NOCs. Coordinate with contractors and teams while monitoring HSE requirements during architectural installations.

•Monitor and ensure architectural engineering works are executed per inspection plan, drawings, codes, and specifications.
•Liaise with the Senior Architectural Engineer and other engineers/managers to provide support and guidance.
•Review and monitor variations to mitigate time and cost impacts, and flag issues in contractor documents/shop drawings.
•Perform site inspections and evaluate tests to confirm quality requirements, architectural finishes, and building components; issue NCRs and support corrective actions.
•Maintain site records (daily site diaries, monthly progress photography), prepare progress reports, and monitor HSE-related matters and training/meetings.

•Familiarity with inspection protocols and performing architectural and material inspections on site.
•Capability to maintain site records (daily diaries, monthly progress photography) and produce accurate reports.
