Oversee the end-to-end premedia trafficking workflow, routing publication files to internal printers and external channels while meeting deadlines. Manage intake, review materials, provide improvement feedback, approve final files, and coordinate with printers. Lead process improvements, maintain SOPs, and support accounting and reporting to drive efficiency in hybrid Des Moines operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the flow of materials (electronic files, images, documents) between internal and external parties, ensuring timely delivery.
•Review intake materials, provide improvement feedback, and assess printability of materials from third parties.
•Review and approve final files; coordinate sending to printers and provide hard proofs when required.
•Perform post-production tasks such as packaging files for archiving and client delivery; ensure SOP adherence for accuracy.
•Lead project teams to gain efficiencies and cost savings, and provide monthly feedback to leads on project status and issues.

Key Requirements

•College degree, with course work including graphic arts, or technical training in graphic arts, digital content creation, and/or color correction; equivalent work experience accepted.
•Must have knowledge of Macintosh operating system and Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator.
•Knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs, and Slack; exposure to workflow management systems such as WoodWing: Studio and Assets, Dalim ES, Workfront, and Digital Asset Management technologies is a plus.
•Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities; highly motivated, self-directed, and flexible with evolving technology.
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
