Own and lead strategic alliances between Okta, AWS, and key ISV partners across WEMEA, Benelux, and the Nordics. Drive co-sell motions and partnership execution to achieve revenue goals by orchestrating partner relationships, identifying and implementing AWS partner programs, building territory business plans, enabling internal sales and pre-sales teams, and tracking measurable pipeline and margin impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead strategic engagement and partnership between Okta, AWS, and core ISV ecosystem partners to drive co-sell motion.
•Manage day-to-day relationships with AWS partner management and strategic ISV partners (e.g., Zscaler, CrowdStrike) to build multi-vendor security solutions.
•Identify, qualify, and implement AWS Partner Programs (e.g., AWS ISV Accelerate, Marketplace motions) aligned to regional business goals.
•Support Okta Sales leadership by building territory-specific business plans with relevant AWS and ISV sales/marketing teams and overseeing execution.
•Educate and enable Okta regional teams (sales, pre-sales, marketing) on AWS offerings, partner program benefits, ISV integrations, and co-selling best practices; track performance and outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 146,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep experience within the AWS ecosystem, including AWS Marketplace (including CPPO), AWS Partner Network (APN), and APN Customer Engagement (ACE).
•Proven track record working with or alongside major ISV players, ideally in cybersecurity (e.g., Zscaler, CrowdStrike).
•Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in French and/or German is highly preferred.
•Strong cross-geography experience across WEMEA, Benelux, and/or the Nordics.
•Background within an AWS partner organization or a high-growth SaaS company, with a track record of developing networks and driving co-sell revenue.
