Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • •4+ years of experience performing mechanic repairs, assembly, or other technical capacities in industries such as aviation manufacturing, automotive, construction, etc.
  • •Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • •Ability to interpret and follow component maintenance manuals, blueprints, and other applicable technical documents.
  • •May train and mentor new technicians; willing to work weekends and overtime as available.
