Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service by greeting customers, managing overflow traffic, answering questions, and explaining paperwork processes
  • •Process and audit paperwork for retail/wholesale vehicle sales, including managing deal jackets, contacting finance companies, and handling registration/titling information
  • •Process auction sales, dealer registration, and appraisal lane purchases, including collecting titles, payoffs, and ensuring proper paperwork and signatures
  • •Manage multiple pay types by receiving and counting money, preparing deposits, and handling the safe with security and loss prevention considerations
  • •Mentor and train Business Office Associates and other departments on Business Office processes, procedures, and clerical responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records
  • •Intermediate PC skills with word processing, spreadsheet, and other programs (including Microsoft Excel)
  • •Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment with strong organizational and attention to detail
  • •Effective communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing, including listening and responding to internal and external customers
  • •Ability to lift objects weighing up to 15-20 lbs and complete required training
