Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the post-sale relationship and outcomes for assigned Enterprise accounts and pilots, including onboarding and implementation.
  • •Serve as the executive sponsor by building stakeholder alignment, running recurring executive touch points, and driving consensus.
  • •Lead outcome-driven, time-bound pilots with clear goals, milestones, and conversion criteria, partnering on rollout motions.
  • •Define and track enterprise success criteria and lead executive-ready business reviews; proactively manage risk and escalations.
  • •Own renewal and expansion strategy and execution, including CRM hygiene and coordination with Sales on commercial conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Implementation, or Strategic/Enterprise Account Management or a similar customer-facing role.
