Lab Engineering Technician

Support Intel’s Santa Clara lab operations by managing hardware procurement and capital equipment purchases, maintaining inventory of lab assets, and coordinating lab IT/network setup. Prepare OEM laptop systems for testing with hardware upgrades and firmware updates, run repeatable performance benchmarks, and administer lab user access while ensuring security and safety compliance. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact to resolve operational issues and keep lab downtime to a minimum.
