Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect production-level ML and AI workloads for customers using Databricks, including agents, end-to-end ML pipelines, training/inference optimization, integration with cloud-native services, and MLOps.
  • •Deliver enterprise GenAI solutions such as RAG architectures, agentic systems (tool-calling agents and multi-agent orchestration), guardrails, and natural language querying over structured data, along with evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
  • •Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads and apply MLOps best practices to productionize workloads across domains.
  • •Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during technical sales, from feature engineering and training/tracking/serving to model monitoring.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering to represent the voice of the customer, define priorities, influence the roadmap, and support adoption of Databricks’ AI offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in at least one of: ML engineering for production cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) or AI engineering for LLMs and agentic systems.
  • •Experience with LLMs, vector databases, fine-tuning, AI guardrail systems, and deploying LLMs using HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
  • •Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Ability to communicate and/or teach technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
